ACB raids Nellore Mayor

There are reports about rampant corruption indulged by Nellore Mayor Bhanusree, when ACB Authorities raided her house, everybody thought the mayor will be booked.

However, the authorities did not bother Bhanusree, but her husband Siva Subba Raju was trapped, a divisional engineer with APTransco. “We have no orders to raid Bhanusree’s house. We have raided only her husband’s house,” the ACB authorities said, making media persons wondering whether both the houses were different.

There have been allegations that Bhanusree had amassed wealth to the extent of over 100 crores. But, it has not come to the notice of the ACB authorities. The properties in the name of her husband were seized. Bhanusree, who has the backing of Anam brothers, said the ACB raid had come as a blessing in disguise. “It has proved that all allegations against me are false,” she said.
