A Telangana farmer from Nalgonda Mohan Reddy has been trying to see water which is a must for his cultivation. He has been trying to get water by drillling borewells.
He had drilled 65 borewells, but to his disppointment he never had success to see water, In his 66th attempt in drilling the borewell he was very much surprised to see water and was seen crying of happiness that he can use the water for cultivation.
He had 24 acres when he started trying for water, but after all the finacial stress, loss and spending the money on borewells, he has only 9 acres now. He had to drill for over 240 feet to see water in his 66th attempt. He had been trying this for over 7 years now and spent over 7 lakhs just for drilling the borewells.
