It is official that there will be a expansion and reshuffle of Rosaiah’s cabinet, Rosaiah will be visiting Delhi early in April to get official ok to the list of his cabinet members from High Command.

It is a very chaotic situation currently in the state Congress party. MLAs are openly asking CM Rosaiah for Cabinet berths, writing him letters, addressing the media and even resorting to signature campaign. And on Saturday, it reached an ugly proportion when two Congress MLAs came to blows for the Cabinet berths in the august Assembly premises.

MLA from Medchal, Laxma Reddy who is spearheading the signature campaign seeking Rosaiah to give Cabinet berths to first time MLAs, asked Bhupalapalli MLA Gandra Venkata Ramana Reddy to sign the memorandum. But Gandra refused to sign, stating that signature campaigns would not fetch the Cabinet berths and it was not the culture of the Congress. It angered Lakshma Reddy, who was till the other day was in the Telugu Desam Party. He entered ino a verbal duel with Gandra and it finally led to the MLAs holding each other by the collar after a heated argument. TDP MLA Prakash Goud pulled the warring Congress legislators aside.

Does this indicate that the Congress samskruthi is back to its original form, correct?
