Hyderabad is Heart of Telangana

The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Mr.Rosaiah on Wednesday decided to write to the Centre seeking a Constitutional amendment to notify Hyderabad city as part of Telangana and not a free zone.
How can the heart be not a part of body, Hyderabad is the heart of Telangana.
At the all party meeting convened by chief minister Mr.Rosaiah decided that a unanimous resolution to this effect be adopted in the state assembly on Thursday. The resolution would be sent to the Union home ministry requesting that the Presidential Orders of 1975 be modified through a Constitutional amendment bill.
TRS was away from this meeting, the TRS leaders did not attend the meeting.
It looks like Telangana is in the formation and Congress party is moving in that direction, it is only time that the Telangana will be formed, Congress govt. is delaying the process just not to give credit to other parties.
Congress wants to take the credit of formation of Telangana state.
