TDP out of Telangana JAC?

The incident at the Indira Park involving the Telangana Lawyers and other telangana supporters has created a confusion amongst the party cadre. There is news that TDP chief has decided to come out of Telanagana JAC.
They have decided on this issue and it has to only a formality to officially announce the decision. Party cadre can fight for telanagana independently with out the support of other political parties.
