Congress high command will give T – DS

PCC chief, DS visited Nizamabad on April 25 2010. Talking to the media he said that he is not interested in contesting the by-elections, but his followers and well wishers are putting pressure on him to contest the by-elections.
He said he is not the one to decide who will contest the by-elections, it is all the high commands decision.
He will abide to the high commands decision. He said that he was over-whelmed with the following he has seen in this visit.
ABVP supporters obstructed DS and made pro Telangana slogans. About 2000 Telangana supporters were arrested in Nizamabad before the meeting.
DS speaking at the meeting said that congress govt. will give us the separate statehood of Telangana, he also supports the separate statehood of Telangana.

I guess the congress wants to delay the formation of T state, just so the other political parties do not get the credit.
