TRS meeting with SKC concluded

Telangana Rashtra Samithi team has met with the Sri Krishna Committee on April 16 2010. TRS team has given a powerpoint presentation to the SKC. The meeting went on for the whole day, TRS chief, KCR made every point clear in his presentation.
TRS team had given a lot of documentation on the issues concerning Telangana and the need for Telangana to be made as a separate statehood. The history of Telangana was clearly explained by TRS team to SKC. The way Telangana had been neglected in the past was mentioned. SKC members listened and watched the presentation very keenly and they said they will analyse all the points mentioned by the TRS.
KCR also mentioned that Telangana has all the natural resources, but has been backward because of the leaders from the other regions, Telangana was not given any importance by them. He pointed out that the educational institutions, hospitals and not given importance in the region, they had been neglected.
Water, the main resource for farming in Telangana has been diverted to other regions and Telangana has been derprivedd of the much needed water. The farmers were committing suicides because there is no water for their farms and they cannot do farming and make a livelyhood.
At the end of the meeting Sri Krishna Committe members told the TRS team that they will go through all the information presented and given by TRS team very closely and take into account the issues concerning the Telangana region.
