TRS submitted report on Telangana to the Sri Krishna Committee on April 8 2010. The TRS has asked the committee to take action against Congress leaders who have claimed that the committee will give recommendations against the formation of separate Telangana.

The party has claimed that rulers from Andhra and Rayalaseema have not given what is due to Telangana. Thus the claim for separate state of Telangana is imperative, the report claimed. It also highlighted the backwardness of the regions like Mahabubnagar. The report went on to claim about poor irrigation facilities, unemployment and lack of educational facilities in the region. The report claims that the people of AP are already divided which cannot be bridged now.
