Kalaa Venkat Rao home coming

Kala Venkat Rao, rejoined TDP in the presence of TDP chief CBN here in Hyderabad on May 26 2010.

He said that, I was given a key post by PRP chief Chiranjeevi during my tenure with the PRP. However, as all my I supporters and well wishers wanted me to be with TDP, so I have decided to join TDP. It is just like home coming for I was with the TDP for a long time, Kala added.

The other PRP leaders who joined TDP along with Kala Venkat Rao on Wednesday are Latha, Jogulu and Ganapati Rao. The sullen mood in PRP and Chiranjeevi’s attitude towards Congress forced the leaders to leave PRP in search of greener pastures. On the other hand, the doors of TDP were opened to receive those, who wanted to rejoin the party.

Kala Venkat Rao contested from Etcherla Assembly segment on PRP ticket in 2009 elections and lost.
