Minister obstructed by T supporters

Supporters of Telangana have obstructed Ponnala Lakshmaiah, the Minister for Major Irrigation. The minister came to participate in the Praja Patham programme at Warangal, The T supporters demanded his resignation. They raised Jai Telangana slogans and did not allow the minister to proceed with the Praja Patham.
Tension prevailed when Congress and Telangana workers pushed each other. Meanwhile, one of the T supporters climbed atop a water tank and threatened to jump, if Ponnala did not go back.
As a usual routine police, who were present dispersed the Telangana supporters and took the T youth who climbed the water tank into custody.
