Suspend Jagan – Damodar Reddy

Jagan has been receiving severe criticism, both from outside and within the party over his O Yatra.

The Congress MLA from Suryapet, Ramreddy Damodar Reddy, who sometimes talks about Telangana agitation, has criticised the Jagan for being stubborn and creating a warlike situation in the State despite appeals from all quarters of the party to withdraw his tour in view of the volatile situation in the State.

Speaking to mediapersons in hyderabad on May 28 2010, Damodar Reddy said that Jagan should have restrained himself from undertaking the tour. Many senior leaders, MPs and Veerappa Moily have been appealing to him until the eleventh hour to cancel the tour, but Jagan was adamant and went ahead with his controversial tour despite many appeals.

He appealed the high command to suspend Jagan from congress, he be held responsible for the tension prevailing in the state.
