DS violated the election code?

State BJP leader, Ch Vidyasagar Rao charged the PCC Chief, DS with violating the election code by stating that the Congress alone would bring about Telangana State and the Justice Sri Krishna Committee would submit a report in favour of the separate statehoos of Telangana, the State BJP has demanded that the Election Commission initiate action against him.
It also demanded that the PCC president announce before July 2 i.e before the election notification, that the Congress party would introduce Telangana Bill in the ensuing Parliament session. The BJP also demanded DS to withdraw his candidature from the Nizamabad Urban Constituency by-polls.
It may be mentioned here that DS, while touring the Nizamabad Urban Constituency DS said that the Congress party would alone bring about Telangana State and the Justice Sri Krishna Committee would submit report in favour of separate Telangana.
The BJP leaders said that both the statements of DS were highly controversial and violation of the election code which is in force.
