Congress senior leader, K Keshava Rao also known as KK in political circles said that the Jagan would continue in Congress party. Talking to mediapersons in Hyderabad on June 10 2010 KK alleged that the media was blackmailing Jagan. He also dismissed reports that Jagan would be joining the NCP, the party of Sharad Pawar.
Answering a question from media, the CWC member said that his party would participate in the by-polls in Telangana, as per the decision of the high command. He said that on what slogan the party should face the poll, would be decided by party leaders from the Telangana region.
Stating that the TRS would never be able to achieve Telangana state, KK dismissed the allegations of the TDP that the Congress and TRS were hand-in-glove and were indulging in match-fixing. He said the allegation was meaningless.
