Vijayawada rowdy mela

Seetha Ramanjaneyulu, new police commissioner was appointed for Vijayawada, he conducted a special drive and summoned all the rowdy sheeters to come to a local staduim and conducted counselling. The people in Vijayawada who saw this were saying that it looked like it is a Rowdy Mela at Vijayawada.
Talking to the media, the newly appointed comminssioner Seetha Ramanjaneyulu said that he summoned all the rowdy sheeters and counselled them. He also said that all the Rowdy sheets have been closed on people who did not have a case in the last 5 years and who are older than 80 years.
