Three Congress MLAs joined Jagan’s so called Odarpu Yatra in East Godavari district.
Earlier on July 11 2010, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Rosaiah’s comment to, finding fault with Jagan’s methods to get the CM’s post, had provoked a sharp reaction from late YSR’s son, Jagan.
“Rosaiah reportedly said that I am in a hurry to become the CM. I am asking you, am I here to console or to ask for CM’s post? In my tour, you would have noticed, no MLA or MP accompanied me but their hearts are with me. On my right side is the MP’s husband and to my left is the MLA’s brother,” Jagan reportedly said.
But this changed the moment Jagan’s yatra stepped into East Godavari district on Monday. Three Congress MLAs decided to show where their loyalties lie, by joining Jagan on his Odarpu Yatra.
