TDP women MLAs who were on the border of Maharashtra agitating on the babli issue said that they never thought they would come back to Andhra Pradesh alive.

Talking to mediapersons today, the TDP MLAs, Paritala Sunita, Uma Madhava Reddy and others said that the Maharashtra police did not show minimum courtesy and consideration even to women.

They said that they were insulted and beaten up with lathis. They alleged that by his inaction CM K Rosaiah, has placed the self-respect of telugu people at the feet of the Maharashtra leaders.
