PCC chief, DS had to face defeat for a second time, he might have never thought that he owuld be defeated as he had the power and drained money like water, it is heard that DS spent 20-30 crore rupees on the last 2 days before the by-polls only in his constituency.
There are news making rounds that DS would resign this is creating enthusiasm for the aspirants of the PCC chief post, there are Jagan’s loyalists who are trying to make Jagan as PCC chief. Some other section of congress wants VH to be PCC chief.
According to news making rounds the junior MLAs have faxed a letter to the congress party high command in this regard. The Congress MLA, Ms Konda Surekha, and the MP, Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy, and some others were backing the candidature of Jagan for the PCC post. The supporters of Jagan were already lobbying at the Delhi level in this regard.
The name of the Rajya Sabha member, V Hanumantha Rao is also making rounds in the Congress circles for the PCC chief’s post.
There were also chances that DS may be allowed to continue as the PCC Chief.
