News pulse, Politics | admin | August 15, 2010 at 10:04 amTelangana Rashtra Samithi called for Mahabubnagar bandh on Aug 16 2010, to protest against damage caused to the RDS project head regulator. TRS chief, KCR called upon the people of the district, to prove what they were capable of making the bandh a success. He has urged the businessmen, industrialists, educational institutions, students and youth to support the bandh.
Talking to media personnel, the TRS leader said, “the destruction of RDS sluices was the last resort of the arrogant Seemandhra leaders. If they don’t mend their ways, we will also blast the Sunkesula Barrage”, he warned. KCR also threatened to launch agitation if CM Rosaiah failed to take action against the culprits.
