The Minister for Health, Danam Nagender demanded that the Seemandhra ministers tender an unconditional apology for making grave remarks hurting the sentiments of the people of Telangana.

Speaking to media, Danam opined that the Seemandhra ministers dubbing those demanding separate Telangana State as anti-nationals had injured the sentiments of Telangana people severely. He also strongly criticised them for making such an irresponsible statement.

Though there was right to express views in a democracy, it was not correct to dub the separatists as anti-nationals hurting the sentiments of the people of other region. The results of the recent by-polls in Telangana have reflected the deep Telangana sentiment and strong desire for separate State, he added.
