Jagan out of Congress?

Jagan, the cuddapah MP and son of late YSR is on his so-called Odarpu Yatra, not sure how many years after his fathers death he will continue his O yatra.
In Prakasam, Jagan is not uttering a word on the congress party, congress high command nor the Rosaiah Government, but is making strong statements and alleging other parties. Today on Sept 7 2010 he hoisted the flags without the congress party logo and it was the talk to the town amongst the political circles.
Many are saying that Jagan’s political party in coming soon and his party flag will have the tri-colors like the congress party. He has give a hint in the same regards.
