Will Jagan continue his so-called O yatra?

Jagan the congress MP and son of late YSR is planning to resume his Odarpu Yatra from Sept 3 2010. But, the political circles are in a dilemma whether Jagan will continue his O Yatra or not.
A Group of congress leaders are saying that he will continue his O Yatra and some are saying his will halt his Yatra. This discussion is making rounds because AICC has come forward and offered to give Rupees 1 Lakh to the families who have lost their loved ones in a shock when late YSR was killed in the Helicopter accident.
Well, Jagan and his loyalists are making all plans for the O yatra in full swing.
