Harish Rao’s meet & greet in Minneapolis – huge success

The turnout was extremely impressive and at 7:30PM Mr. Harish Rao was escorted by the organizers to the venue and accorded the hospitality and grand welcome with true Telangana traditions.

The show was hosted by Pawan Kumar Kondam and the introductory speech was delivered by Gnaneswar Kacham. This was followed by a short profiled speech and a video presentation by Srinivas Gangi Reddy featuring Mr. Harish Rao. The assembled Telanganites thoroughly enjoyed the videos which profiled of Mr. Harish Rao and his heroics around the Telangana movement. After a short break accompanied by light diner and refreshments’- Mr. Harish Rao took the stage to a standing ovation. Mr. Harish Rao’s speech was as expected incisive, informative, intellectual and quite inspiring. Mr. Harish was at his gracious best and overwhelmed everybody patiently answering questions followed by greetings, introductions and Photo sessions with almost every person in the room. Mahi Nagender was the coordinator for the Q & A session. Traditional Telangana food was also part of the event which was organized by Praveen Reddy. The impressed and beaming crowd were very much there and would have loved spending few more hours with Mr. Harish Rao but as one says” all good things have to end”- Madhu Kolan rendered the closing speech and concluded by presenting bouquets and an memento specially designed for Mr. Harish Rao.

The occasion has written a new chapter binding the interests and relationships of Telangana NRIs with their roots.
