Koti Bathukammala Jaatara getting huge response

She said that government said that they will spend 1 lakh rupees in each distirct for Koti Bathukamma Jaatara, for which Kavitha said that the Govt has insulted the Telangana women by saying that Govt will spend money.
The Telanganites wanted to get Bathukamma festival a recognition and they did not want any money.
