OU JAC says, will not celebrate Bathukamma

OU JAC, the group which will be in the frontline whenever there is a news related to Telangana is backing off from celebrating Bathukamma Festival, one of the festivals that are celebrated in Telangana.
OU JAC leaders met Prof. Kodandaram and had a discussion in the same regards and said that until separate statehood of Telangana is formed they would not celebrate Bathukamma celebrations.
On the other hand, TRS chief’s daughter wants to do “Koti Bathukammala Panduga”. We will have to watch how and what will the OU JAC leaders decide.
