Is ‘YSR Congress party’ Jagan’s new outfit?

It is known that YSR congress party was registered by some fans of late YSR on the first death anniversary of late YSR in Sept 2010. It was a coincidence that YSR congress party got recognised by EC on the first death anniversary of late YSR.
The main people behind this political party are yet to come into public and claim that they have applied for YSR congress party.
The news making rounds is Jagan will announce his new political party on Dec 1 2010 or Dec 10 2010. It looks like this new Political Party is Jagan’s new outfit.
