T supporters storm ministers residence

Students of Telangana and their supporters tried to storm the residence of Union minister Jaipal Reddy and Andhra Pradesh Home minister Sabita Indra Reddy over the ‘Free Zone’ issue, but the police came to the rescue of the ministers.

Large number of students of Osmania University Students Joint Action Committee tried to storm the minister’s residence.

The Telangana supporters wanted the written exams for the SI recruitmetn to be postponed till the Presidential Order treating Hyderabad as ‘Free Zone’ is amended as per resolution passed by the state Assembly.

Meanwhile, a fast-unto-death undertaken by seven students of OUSJAC at the OU Camps here entered fifth day.
