Namasthey Telangana title trouble

It is known to everyone that Namasthey Telangana is the proposed name of the Telangana newspaper that would be launched very soon. The newspaper is stuck in a Title trouble.
The High Court of Andhra Pradesh ruled that the title should not be used for any publication till further orders. Mr G. Sridhar, a resident of the city challenged the Registrar of News Papers in India for granting the title to Damodar Rao after it rejected his application for the title in 2007.
He said that the RNI could not have given such permission after rejecting his application three years ago. Justice PV Sanjay Kumar, directed RNI to file a counter affidavit explaining the reason for rejecting permission in 2007 and then permitting the same now.
