ABVP’s chalo OU gets huge response

Thousands of students from different parts of the Telangana districts have come a day ahead of the Chalo OU day. ABVP has been planning to go the OU campus from different directions in groups. The police force was setup at all the entry points to the OU campus.

The students tried to enter the campus premises raising Telangana slogans, anti-govt and anti-police slogans. The police force was used to the maximum extent to stop the flow of the ABVP leaders and Telangana students and supporters.

Argument broke between the police and students, the policmen had to resort to lathicharge to desperse the students, but many students did not leave the spot and took all the beating and still wanted to enter the OU campus in support of the students in the campus. Many students have been hurt, few were bleeding.

Huge number of ABVP leaders and students still got into the campus. The policemen had a hard time to stop the Telangana supporters.
