With the day of the all party meeting tomorrow Jan 6 2011, there are speculations making rounds that the SKC has recommended six options to deal with the separate statehood of Telangana and that the central government may take a call in about six weeks.

It is heard that the SKC has not recommended anything but gave different options in its report to the central govt. Sources also said that an extensive examination of socio-economic parameters in all 3 regions of the state led the Committee to conclude that there is no material basis for treating only the Telangana districts as “backward”.

Well, we all have to wait and see what the real outcome of the SKC findings are.
