KCR’s silence is a planned strategy

Well, KCR has done whatever was in his hands until now and after the SKC report he has been silent and watching show of the Telangana TDP and Congress leaders.
It looks like KCR has having a planned strategy, the congress leaders made huge statements that they will resign and what not. TDP leaders also made statements before the SKC report was made public.
KCR wanted to see if the Telangana leaders from TDP and Congress can go to which extent for the cause of the separate statehood of Telangana. Until now neither the Telangana congress and TDP leaders did nothing.
He wants to show the public that the TDP and Congress leaders from Telangana are good for nothing and also If he makes any statements at this juncture the students in Telangana might resort to violence for the cause of separate statehood of Telangana.
