KU students also boycott the exams

The Kakatiya University students have volunatarili boycotted the PG exams that were supposed to be held starting from Friday Jan 28 2011.
The students were seen tearing the hall tickets, they demanded that the Telangana bill be tabled in parliament and the Telangana state should be formed until then the no exams should be conducted said the students at KU.
The police resorted to lathicharge and several students were injured and many were arrested. The KU students criticised the lathicharge and called for the educational institutions bandh under the Kakatiya University jurisdiction.
