Racchabanda will be Rachha and Rocchu in T

Damodar Reddy, the Telangana congress MLA demanded not to conduct the Racchabanda programme in the Telangana unttl the separate statehood of Telangana issue is resolved.
He challenged the cabinet minsiters in the Kiran Kumar Reddy to conduct the Racchabanda programme without using the police force. If they still conducted the programme the programme will be a Raccha Raccha and Rocchu Rocchu in the Telangana region.
He questioned how can we conduct the Racchabanda programme when there are many other issues that needs to be resolved for the Telanganites. He said that there are still no proper roads and still no power supply in some villages in the Telangana.
He said that he would not participate in the Racchabanda Programme.
