The Telangana political JAC has called for a Rastha Roko in the Telangana region in protests of the police brutality on the OU students for the last 2 days.
Police also fired bullets and pellets at the students, Parents of the students who have visited the OU campus in Hyderabad talking to the media said that the situation in the OU is worse, the media is telling lies about the situation, The govt and media has been saying that the situation in peaceful in OU campus, one of a parent said that the students have no food and water and had been in worst condition.
The students have been beaten by the police force for no reason, they added.
Telangana political JAC convenor demanded that the govt step into, act fast and call the police force back from the OU campus in hyderabad and also lift the restrictions that are imposed on the media.
