Readers question, what is UPA govt’s option?

The much waited SKC report was made public and it has given 6 options and none of the Telanganites are happy with the SKC report.
Telanganites are of the feeling that that huge funds have been wasted in the name of SKC and the separate statehood of Telangana has been delayed. Even a 10th grade student can give these kinds of options, without any single solution. They wasted the valuable time and money.
Now, that the so-called SKC report has been made public, now the ball is in the central UPA govt and wants to question what is UPA govt’s option?
