Scores of Telanganites arrested

Telanganites were seen with Rokali bandalu and stopped the political leaders, officials from entering their villages. They even had chappals and brooms in their hands to stop the attendees from attending the Racchabanda Programme.

At places, the telanganites and the Racchabanda oragnizers went into argument and sitaution was very tensed at many places, the MLAs and MPs had to return back from the programme without even startting the programme.

Racchabanda has been obstructed in the Telangana districts. MLAs, MPs have seen the anger of the Telanganites one more time.

Policemen had to intervene at many places to safeguard the Cong leaders who were attending the programme. The policemen had to go on lathicharge and beat the Telangana supporters and arrested and took them to different police stations.
