Bandh follows CM for Racchabanda

Prof. Kodandaram criticised the govt and its Racchabanda programme. He said that the police was torturing the Telanganites in the name of precautionary measures in the places where the Racchabanda programme is scheduled.
He called in to observe bandh in Telangana whereever CM, Kiran Kumar Reddy will be attending the Racchabanda programme. He said that the Telanganites are not at all interested in the Racchabanda and are boycotting the programme at very place in Telangana.
CM, Kiran Kumar Reddy is scheduled to participate in the Racchabanda programme in Telangana.
