Bandh in Medak and Khammam on Feb 9 2011

The political JAC has called in to observe bandh on Feb 9 2011 in Medak and Khammam in view of CM, Kiran Kumar Reddy attending the so-called Racchabanda Programme that no Telanganite is willing to participate.
Telanganites are staging rastha roko and not allowing any buses to come on the roads from the bus depots in Medak and Khammam. A fews buses were damaged in Narayanked. Educational insitutions have been voluntarily participating in the bandh by closing the institutes. Telanganites staged in a sitting protest in front of the Siddipet bus station and allowing any bus to come on the road.
TRS chief, KCR requested all the Telanganites to participate in the bandh and show their support and protest CM’s participation in the racchabanda programme.
Many Telangana supporters have already been arrested in Medak and Khammam.
