Free education from KG to PG

KCR talking to the Telangana supporters said that once the separate statehood of Telangana is formed, he would implement UGC scale to all the employees and education will be free from Kindergarten to Post Graduation.
He condemned the state govt’s acts of provoking the Telanganites by arresting them unnecesarily, the telanganites are doing the protest and taking the movement forward in the Gandhian principles of Non Violence.
KCR lauded the Telangana employees for showing their support for the formation of separate statehood of Telangana by joining the Non-Cooperation movement starting next week.
