L Rajagopal to loose his MP post?

L Rajagopal, submitted an affidavit in which he mentioned that he has a third son, but he did not mentin the name of his third son’s mother Janaki Iyer.
L Rajagopal was issued notices in this regard.
A lawyer, Krishnamurthy said that if the case is proved L Rajagopal will definitely loose his MP post.
