Telangana bandh Day 2 updates…

The bandh that was called by the political JAC is continuing on the second day, The Telanganites in the twin cities of Hyderabad are supporting the bandh voluntarily.
The buses have not left the depots, Around 3500 buses are in the Mahathma Gandhi Bus Station. Educational institutions, theaters, shopping malls are all closed. The twin city roads looks very deserted with the bandh call. The telangana supporter are planning for rallies in the twin cities. Every section of the Telanganites are supporting the bandh.
The bandh is already a success on the second day in the morning hours, the bandh will be continuing for the rest of the day. News reports are coming out from all the 10 districts of Telangana that the second day also the bandh is a success.
Prof. Kodandaram thanked all the Telanganites for making bandh a huge success on the first day, Feb 22 2011 and requested everyone to participate in the protests and fight for the telangana until the separate statehood of Telangana is acheived.
