Telangana FB followers, Let us introspect

Well, as a netizen who is following the Telangana issue from the last 15 months on FB, I can say that Telangana is (as of now) a distant dream. It is very clear that educated Youth of Telangana will continue their battle in cyber-world. Its so ironic that we call ourselves Telangana supporters and we don’t reach out to the common Telanganite.
I’ve been asking this question time & again. “If educated ppl dont get into realtime agitation, how will we materialise our dream of telangana?”
We keep on forming groups and pages in FB/Orkut etc.., but we never meet. The fact that I’m writing this or you are reading this means that you and i are sitting in our respective homes. Now tell me how many revolutions were successful when the the so called supporters stay at home?
We vent out all our anger and anguish in social networking sites and thus we dont have enough motive to go on streets and go to the aam admi.
Straight question:How many leaders were there in our Indian freedom struggle? How many leaders do we have now?
Candid Answer:Indian freedom struggle is an epic decorated with legends like Shivaji Maharaj, Tippu Sultan, Jhansi Rani Lakshmi Bai, Bal Gangadhar Tilak, Bipin Chandra Pal, Lala Lajpat Rai, Chandra Shekhar Azad, Bhagath Singh, Alluri Seetaramaraju, Subhash Chandra Bose, M K Gandhi, J L Nehru etc. Of all these, we give the credit of freedom to M K Gandhi. Ever thought why?
Very Simple, The rulers at that point in time did not want the nation (Aam Admi) to be lead by the so called radicals. If it had happened so, they could not have ruled our country till 1947. The Britishers wanted the Aam Hindustani to follow Gandhi & Nehru so that they (the Britishers) can loot our nation till as many years as possible. They did not let any of the other freedom fighters to live or to be written about. Instead they cleverly encouraged us to follow Mr Gandhi by inviting him to talks and pretending to respect him. Ultimately, they made us bear the foreign rule till they looted us to the maximum limit they can. While leaving, they left the apple of discord between Hindus & Muslims, ensuring that we can never regain our ancient & rightful glorious status in the world.
In short, I don’t think Gandhi deserves to be called as the “Father Of The Nation” There were many others who were more patriotic than Gandhi. Don’t curse me… History says that Gandhi signed a “Gandhi-Irwin pact” which settled us for a dominion status. It was Bhagath Singh who first called for “Sampoorna Swarajya” which Gandhi later followed. Gandhi did not Like Netaji to be in Congress and made him quit the congress. I think Gandhi’s lone contribution was to make our “Freedom Fight” a “Freedom Struggle”
If you are wondering what this has to do with Telangana movement, here is my point. There is no point in “Begging” for Telangana. If India is a true democracy, then why should we beg for that which is our right? So far we’ve been following Gandhi and we’ve been struggling. Sometimes we need to take harsh decisions. The erstwhile Hyderabad state was not merged into India in Gandhian way. The people here wanted to join India so the govt of India sent the military to end Nizam’s rule. Is it not the Irony that now when the ppl want to be seperated from imperialistic Andhrohies (Within India and Abiding Indian Law & Constitution), the Indian govt is using armed forces against the ppl here? My point is we need not be Gandhian now. That way, we will only struggle but never be free.
I still dont understand why the Indian govt needs Andhrohies’ approval to form Telangana? What are the congress ppl from telangana trying to prove? Whats the point in getting a freedom which is acceptable to the oppresser? If we follow Congress, we will get Telangana only after all its resources are fully exploited by the andhrohies; just like how India was given freedom after squeezing off all its wealth. And unfortunately we have only one leader (KCR) to follow in this agitation and he too is like Gandhi who never allows us to hit back at the oppresser. All he says is “Gandheya Maargam lo Telangana Techukuntam”.
Remedy:
Let KCR fight in his own way. If he succeeds, Fine…! But if he fails? We must have a back-up. If this back-up is not there, the sucides episode will again show its ugly face. Let us youth form a brigade like that of army ants. Lets become a disciplined & dedicated entity which can force the govt to put forth a referendum with only two options 1. Separate The Telangana region from existing setup or 2. Continue the existing setup. No ifs & Buts.
To start with, I propose a meeting to be conducted at all places on this Sunday. We are 17445 members strong now from places all over the world. If we have 1% leaders in this, we can have 174 meetings. I urge everyone to take part and spend 2 hrs on this Sunday; Arrange to meet; Note down the Minutes of Meeting and Publish it in FB. I request the moderator to help members publish the minutes. Show your Discipline & Dedication. If we can have 10 different meetings across Telangana (and hopefully more across the world) I ‘m we will see our dreams fulfilled. Remember, Telangana Movement is at a very delicate phase now. If it fails here, it will never come again. We have access to Internet means we are educated and enlightened. We cannot stay indoors and confine ourselves to the cyber-world. We have a lot to do in Real-time world. Mere words without action is nothing but inaction. Telangana Movement is better-off without inactive soldiers.
Interested ppl may mails to me on mail4telangana@rediffmail.com to discuss further plan of action
