Ramdev Baba for Telangana

Ramdev Baba, noted yoga exponent supported the demand for Telangana state saying that smaller states would not only facilitate effective administration but also rapid development. He warned the Centre not to further delay the formation of Telangana state as the movement may turn violent in future.
Ramdev Baba was touring Warangal and Karimnagar on March 14, Monday and conducted mass yoga programmes. He wondered what was preventing the Centre from carving out a separate state despite the emotional struggle by the people of the region.
Thousands of people, who have become his followers thanks to his yoga classes on television, attended his sessions in both the cities.
