Sambhasivudu’s family alleges…

Allegations are flying thick and fast over his murder. “It was a conspiracy by the government to suppress the Telangana movement,” Sambasivudu’s brother, Ramulu, also a former Naxalite, alleged. But district SP Rajesh Kumar said they were probing the possible involvement of Nayeemuddin.
A controversial and elusive figure, Nayeemuddin’s name had cropped up on several occasions in the past over the killing of rights activists. There had been allegations that he was being used by some influential persons to “bump off” their rivals. It was also alleged that Nayeem and Sambasivudu might have had some “rivalry” during their stint in the CPI (Maoist) and the same might have been used to goad the former to kill the latter.
Sambasivudu’s family members accused the police of colluding with Nayeem to eliminate him. Rajesh Kumar dismissed the allegations. “We have nothing to do with it,”
