TRS planning, TRS formation day on April 27

KCR, the chief of TRS talking to the media said that the TRS party is planning for a grand celebration of its formation day on April 27 2011 in Secunderabad at the Parade Grounds. KCR spoke to the Union Defense Minister AK Antony on phone and requested him to ensure that that the local military officials would grant permission to their public meeting.
Shortly after KCR’s call to the AK Antony former TRS MP Vinod met Antony in Delhi and requested his interference in getting permission for conducting public meeting at the Parade Grounds, reports from Delhi said. TRS party is worried that they may not get the required permission for the proposed public meeting on April 27.
KCR fears that the state government may not agree to the public meeting and may even influence the local military officials to ensure the proposed meeting has no permission.
It may be recalled that the police authorities have been refusing permissions to the Telangana party events for political parties, forums, groups and ogranizations to conduct meetings to suppress the separate statehood of Telangana movement.
