CBN denies ‘match-fixing’ charges

CBN, TDP chief has refuted allegations of ‘match-fixing’ between the Congress and TDP that would derail the prospects of Late YSR’s wife and son in the by-elections to the Kadapa Lok Sabha and Pulivendla Assembly seats that are scheduled for May 8.
CBN answering a question dsaid that the charges as “baseless and atrocious”. He said that the TDP was born on anti-Congress plank 30 years ago, and denied that it had joined hands with the ruling party.
TDP has fielded B Tech Ravi from Pulivendula and Mysoora Reddy from the Kadapa for the upcoming by-elections.
He went of to say that working with the congress party will never happen with TDP. Not only in the State, but also at national level, the TDP had strived to get the Congress marginalised.
