Chappal hurling is becoming common
News pulse, Politics | admin | April 26, 2011 at 5:12 amSuresh Kalmadi, the prime accused who was being detained by the police force was hurled with a chappal. A chappal was thrown at former Delhi Commonwealth Games chief Suresh Kalmadi while he was being taken to the Patiala House court in Delhi.
Kalmadi was surrounded by a group of policemen when a man tried to hit him with his slipper chaappal. The man who threw the slipper is Suresh Thakur from Madhya Pradesh, according to the police.
