File a criminal case on SKC members

The Nampally court has ordered the Punjagutta Police station to file a criminal case on the SKC members. The case should be filed under the IPC sections 153A, 418, 504, 504.

A poetition was filed by the Telangana Peoples Forum and the case was taken up at the Nampally court and the Telangana Peoples Forum has won their argument and the orders were passed to the Punjagutta police stattion.

The petition was filed in regards to the 8th chapter that it was unconstitutional and undemocratic and the SKC members have been partial in their report.
