Jagan’s earnings 500% in 2 years?

Jagan, chief of YSR congress declared assets worth about 400 crores (360 Self + 40 on Wife’s name) in his election affidavit. He is contesting from for the Kadapa MP seat.
It has to be remembered that his family assets were around 80 Crores in 2009 election. That’s 500% appreciation in 2 years. The Return on Investment (ROI) seems to be very good in Indian politics and especially for Jagan and his family.
There has also a dissussion that the earnings have come down to 400 crores after all the yatras, deeskshas and buying of politiicians from other political parties that he has been doing for last 2 years, otherwise it would have been 5000% appreciation.
