There have been news making rounds that Jagan will be joining hands with BJP, in the same context Jagan has been making political statements that “if BJP assures muslims 10% reservation, then his party will think of joining hands with BJP”.

Venkaiah Naidu said that the BJP is totally opposed to religious conversions and religion-based reservations, and made it clear that they would proscribe the same on returning to power at the Centre. They would also take stringent steps to stop the flow of funds from abroad for religious conversions, he added.

Venkaiah Naidu condemned the news reports that the BJP has forged an alliance with Jagan’s YSR Congress Party.
