The TRS senior leader, Mr Madhusudanachary, has demanded that the TDP pass a resolution demanding creation of Telangana State at its annual conclave “Mahanadu” if it has sincerity on the issue.

In a statement here on Friday, he stated that the past resolution of the TDP on Telangana has lost its relevance and the TDP chief, Mr. N. Chandrababu Naidu’s stand has also changed on the matter. If the TDP wants to prove its sincerity and commitment towards Telangana, it should pass the resolution, he added.

Referring to the criticism by the TDP senior leader, Mr. Yerrabelli Daykara Rao, against the TRS chief, Mr. K Chandrasekhara Rao, he said that it was for political gain that the TDP leader was making such remarks.
